Bug

When setting an ArcGIS Hub site background color to a dark color (for example, dark blue, black, and so forth.), the buttons on the gallery card are filled with the color of the background, which causes the black text to blend in when using the 'Filled' Button Type appearance.

Additional Information

Thank you for the submission. After testing different theming permutations, the current behavior is expected. At this point, it is recommended that interested parties open up an enhancement request for the specific configurations that they want concerning the color control on the gallery card and other layout card buttons. Theoretically, this could be an automatic color contrast check on the user-defined themes, but ArcGIS Hub does not yet support this. As an alternative, there are several free and commercial color contrast-checking tools such as https://accessibleweb.com/color-contrast-checker/.

Workaround

Use the 'Hollow' Button Type appearance.
