When setting a limit usage with a referrer on a secured feature service, the layer fails to load in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app for iOS.

`app://arcgis-maps` is required to use as a referrer in ArcGIS Field Maps 25.2 or newer instead of `arcgisios`.Workaround
Do not set a limit usage on the secured feature service.
