When selecting View Full Details from an item's Explore page in an ArcGIS Hub Site, the Hub will intermittently miscalculate the padding-top attribute and cover a portion of the page (including the item's title and thumbnail) with the site's header.

A reproducible case has been identified. The issue is very rare and inconsistent in its presentation and has no material impact to the functionality of the page. It is accepted in the product plan to consider for future updates.

Refresh the page and it displays as expected.
