When selecting inputs that are not in order and output to a raster dataset in a file geodatabase, the Mosaic To New Raster tool outputs that use Sum, First, or Maximum as the mosaic operator does not display raster correctly in ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro.

Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.6. Update the software once it is available.

Workaround

In a file geodatabase, output to a .tif file rather than a raster dataset.
