When selecting a feature to copy in the Smart Editor widget, the widget keeps loading when using data from a shapefile.

Additional Information
Support for copying features from shapefiles was added in June 2020 and is only available in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder starting in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9. This capability has not been added for ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1.Workaround
Use the Smart Editor from the ArcGIS Web AppBuilder edition 2.17 or later as a custom widget in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1.
