This issue is no longer reproducible in ArcGIS Hub. If the issue occurs, please contact Esri Support Services as additional information is required for further investigation.Workaround
As a workaround, open the item from the Open Data page on the Hub site. Additionally, the item loads correctly if the 'undefined' text is removed from the URL.
