When searching for '42990, FRA' in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, one of the villages within the postal is listed as '42990' instead of it's name.

Additional Information
There are two types of suggestions. The first one is a Postal suggestion and the rest are Postal Locality suggestions. The Postal Locality suggestion is not shown when the City for the Postal suggestion is the same as what it would be for the Postal Locality suggestion. This is because it would be a duplicate of the Postal suggestion but with different text.Steps to Reproduce
