When searching by layer for attributes in an ArcGIS Server 10.4.1 service consumed in an ArcGIS Online web map, Explorer for ArcGIS (Android) fails to zoom in to the selected feature.

Explorer for ArcGIS does not zoom to feature when select on the map. Depending on the scale of the map when the feature is selected, Explorer for ArcGIS may either smooth pan (no scale change) or jump pan (scale change). User can zoom to feature by tapping on the symbol in the sliding panel, after the feature is selected.Steps to Reproduce
