Bug
When running the update XLSForm tool in the ArcGIS Survey123 Connect 3.21.62 with ArcGIS Pro 3.4 installed, it produces an error that the XLSForm has unreadable content.

Workaround
Manually copy and paste the data in the XLSForm into a new version of the template and replace this in the template, or downgrade to ArcGIS Pro 3.3, and the tool will work as expected.
