Additional Information

The classified raster's noData value 255, not 265. The classified raster was incorrectly written. It should have set the noData value to 255 in the raster properties. The tool runs successfully once the noData value is set to 255.

Workaround

  1. Export the file-based raster to the ESRI grid format (File geodatabase raster).
  2. Using Export Raster, export the raster to any file-based format and add 255 within the no-data value for the tool to function.
  3. Edit the no-data value within the properties of the raster through the Catalog pane or Catalog view.
