When running the model with the CAD To Geodatabase tool and the Iterate Feature Classes tool from the toolbox in the Geoprocessing pane, the 000601 error is returned.

This issue is fixed in last release of ArcGIS Pro.Workaround
This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.1 when running the model (the CAD To Geodatabase and Iterate Feature Classes tools) in the ModelBuilder.
