When running the ArcPy ImportToolbox function outside of ArcGIS Pro 3.4 on a toolbox containing the Spatial ETL tool, Python.exe crashes on module MSVCP140.dll with c0000005 (Access violation) code.

Additional Information

This has been fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.
