When running on Windows 2008 Server, or ArcGIS Server, .NET Security cannot be configured through ArcGIS Server Manager .NET with a non-local SQL Server security store (Error: NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON).

As of version 10.1, the Server Manager application built on the .NET Web ADF technology is no longer being developed or having issues fixed.
