Bug
When running individually from the catalog tree in ArcMap, the model tool fails to execute and returns the following error message, “Maybe locked by another application.”

Additional Information
Given the behavior is intermittent and not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro, the issue does not work in ArcMap 10.8.1.Workaround
- In ArcMap:
- Click the ModelBuilder icon from the Standard toolbar.
- In the Model dialog, click Insert > Add Data or Tool.
- Navigate to the location where the model is saved.
- Select the model and click Add.
- Click Validate.
- Run the model.
- Use ArcGIS Pro.
