Bug
When running a service area analysis with high precision polygons in ArcGIS Pro, if the cutoff value is a greater distance than to the edge of the network from the referenced facility point, and the trim polygon distance is either the same as the cutoff value or a slightly lower value, the resulting polygon is inaccurate and has streak lines.

Workaround
Leave the default polygon trim distance.
