Bug
When running a script tool that includes the 'arcpy.management.ApplySymbologyFromLayer()' and 'arcpy.SetParameterSymbology()' lines within the script to apply symbology to an input layer already in the map, the symbology is applied to a new output layer instead of the input layer.

Workaround
Run the script tool in a version of ArcGIS Pro prior to ArcGIS Pro 3.0.x.
