Bug
When running a scheduled run of a ModelBuilder model created in ArcGIS Pro with the Task Scheduler 'Run whether user is logged on or not' setting enabled, the run of the model errors out with no error messages returning if the model is stored in a toolbox within a network drive that is connected by using a drive letter.

Workaround
Connect to the toolbox that the model is stored in by using a UNC path instead of a drive letter, and ensure that the model is being scheduled within an ArcGIS Pro project instead of a temporary template.
