Workaround

. To remove the problematic data:manhattan% sdetable -o delete -t wgsrasjpg -i 5155 -u sde -p sdeArcSDE 9.3 for Oracle10g Build 546 Thu Sep 18 12:35:50 2008Attribute Administration Utility-----------------------------------------------------Delete table wgsrasjpg! Are you sure? (Y/N): YSuccessfully deleted table wgsrasjpg.Or, create the original raster dataset using LZ77 or JPEG2000 compression (rather than JPEG compression).
