When restarting a map service that contains annotation, the following warning message is displayed, "Annotation Layer (1.) Cannot get AllowSymbolOverride property in AnnoExtensionPropConverter,(2.) Cannot get RequireSymbolID property in AnnoExtensoinPropConverter."
