When querying a service with polygon features based on an input polygon, a different number of records is returned when the output format is a Keyhole Markup Language Zipped (KMZ) file compared to the results returned when the output format is HTML or JavaScript Object Notation (JSON).

Workaround

This behavior is not reproducible when the test data is published from an SQL Server database registered with an ArcGIS Server (not copied up).
