When publishing polylines containing curves and the symbology is set to Cartographic Line Symbol with Scale Symbol enabled, they appear as simple lines at the curves (with no dashes).

When publishing polylines containing curves and the symbology is set to Cartographic Line Symbol with Scale Symbol enabled, they appear as simple line at the curves (with no dashes). This can be seen right before publishing at the service editor preview, or after publishing the feature.
