Bug
When publishing from ArcGIS Pro with the API for Python, the webmap in ArcGIS Field Maps does not display the collection of '+'.

Workaround
- Navigate to Portal and open the map intended for data collection in Map Viewer.
- Save the map in Map Viewer.
- Navigate to ArcGIS Field Maps and select the web map again.
- Notice the blue or white collection of '+' is present and users can now collect with the mobile app.
