Bug
When publishing a web map containing a feature service that has had a field hidden in ArcGIS Pro, the field will show within the attribute table of Map Viewer, but not Map Viewer Classic.

Additional Information
The pop-up information in Map Viewer does not drive the table experience which is different from Map Viewer Classic. A pop-up will not always have a set of fields and it is one of the reasons why it is not supported.Workaround
User Map Viewer Classic if possible.
