Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1, which is the current minimum supported ArcGIS Enterprise version. Log a new issue if the issue persists in newer versions of ArcGIS Enterprise.

Workaround

This behavior does not occur in ArcGIS Online and Portal for ArcGIS 10.6.1.
