When publishing a vector tile package and an elevation surface to ArcGIS Online, the error message, "Elevation tiling scheme needs to match scene tiling scheme" is returned even when the tiling scheme matches.

Additional Information

The elevation layer uses the 27700 spatial reference, while the vector tile package uses 102100 spatial reference. Since the spatial reference does not match, the two layers cannot display in one map view.
