Bug
When publishing a survey from ArcGIS Survey123 Connect and changing the survey status to 'Closed: not accepting responses' in the ArcGIS Survey123 web app, the survey title is displayed as the title of survey and not the form_title value set.

Workaround
Amend the survey title in the Survey123 Connect Details tab to match the title set in the form_title field of the XLSX form.
