When publishing a raster file as a web map with transparency, the legend appears blank and has no colors associated with the classified classes.

Workaround
- Remove the transparency of the layer, and republish the web map. The legend appears with the associated color classification.
- Reclassify the raster and set the transparency manually on each class.
