Bug
When publishing a map with data from the same workspace and version, but authorized as two different users (Feature Access is enabled), the error is returned, "Map contains data from multiple workspaces or versions."

This is expected behavior. The connection properties for allt he data need to be identical.Workaround
Separate the layers from the different users into two map services.Steps to Reproduce
