When publishing a map with a hyperlink, the hyperlink moves to a different polygon when the Published Map File (PMF) is opened in ArcReader.

Add the hyperlink to the feature with an OID or FID that is one higher than the intended feature. The hyperlink appears on the correct feature once the map has been published.Steps to Reproduce
