When publishing a map service from ArcGIS Pro 2.7.1 to Portal for ArcGIS 10.8.1 which a group layer and a feature class share the same name, the configured pop-up settings from ArcGIS Pro do not carry over to Portal for ArcGIS.

Additional Information
This defect was logged against a version of the software which is no longer supported. The issue is not reproducible in later versions of ArcGIS Enterprise Map Viewer (11.3 and higher). If experiencing this behavior, contact Esri Support Services, as a new reproduction case is needed to continue investigation.Workaround
