When publishing a geoprocessing service from ArcGIS Pro with the Chinese language pack, the ShowMessage parameter is localized in Chinese characters, which ArcGIS Server does not recognize.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.5 and 3.3.4.

Workaround

Update the settings in either ArcGIS Server Manager or the ArcGIS Server Administrator REST API.
