When publishing a geoprocessing service based on Network Analyst tools from the Server toolset, the task and analysis parameters are missing from the Service Editor if an output NA layer is saved.

ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026. Mature support means the end of functionality-based patches and hotfixes; therefore, this issue will not be addressed. There are no plans for future releases of ArcGIS Desktop, and it is recommended that you migrate to ArcGIS Pro.
