When publishing a feature service with preset ArcMap definition queries from the same feature class, the second definition query does not allow the globally unique identifier (GUID) insertion when adding data to related records table using the Edit widget in Web Appbuilder for ArcGIS.

Workaround

Publish the feature service to ArcGIS Server without ArcMap definition queries, and set the filters on ArcGIS Online. Adding data to related records works as expected.
