When publishing a feature service from a GeoJSON file in Portal for ArcGIS, the process fails if the GeoJSON file contains a field value with 256 characters or more.

Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible. The GeoJSON file with 256 characters is published correctly without an error in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1.
