Bug
When publishing a custom print service (export web map/with custom layout templates) from ArcGIS Pro to ArcGIS Enterprise, the print service exports files with the full format name as its extension. e.g. '.portable document format (pdf)' instead of .pdf.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 and ArcGIS Pro 3.5.Workaround
- When using Classic Map Viewer, it is fine because the print is via the browser (right click on page and print).
- comes up with .pdf as opposed to the full name of the format
- Switching over to the default print service (in utilities) then refreshing map viewer will also print with the normal .pdf extension as opposed to the full format name of the extension.
