When printing a web map containing a CSV file layer styled as a heat map, the heat map in the printed image is not the same as the map displayed in Map Viewer.

Additional Information
Measures were taken to ensure the print service, ArcGIS Pro, and Map Viewer produce similar (not identical) output, as they rely on two completely different drawing engines. With newer releases of ArcGIS Enterprise, the output from a print service should be very similar to that in Map Viewer.Workaround
Use an ArcGIS Server feature service instead of a CSV file.
