Bug
When printing a map using a template with an inset map, the map fails to print and returns the error message, "There is no map frame in the template named 'WEBMAP_MAP_FRAME'. Failed to execute" in the ArcGIS Server logs.

Additional Information
When there is more than one map frame in a layout when publishing a print service from ArcGIS Pro requires the name of the main map frame to be 'WEBMAP_MAP_FRAME'. This tells a print service which map it should modify.
