When prepopulating a field in Survey123 for ArcGIS, if the parameter includes a special character, such as % or &, and the URL is launched from Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS, the result is skewed.

Additional Information

When constructing URLs to use from Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS to Survey123 for ArcGIS, for example, encode the values that are stored in the field. Refer to https://doc.arcgis.com/en/operations-dashboard/help/url-parameters.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_574810E57A564B10A3F7FD6A0234438A

Workaround

First, encode the values stored in the field. Refer to Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS: URL parameters - URL encoding.
