When Portal for ArcGIS is configured with Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA), Navigator for ArcGIS (Android) does not recognize the license even though the user is licensed to use Navigator for ArcGIS.

Workaround

Configure a second web adaptor with the Portal for ArcGIS that uses anonymous authentication. If using domain users, append @DOMAIN after the username.
