When performing a buffer in ArcToolbox with the All option selected in Dissolve Type, causes an error stating "Out of Memory."

Split up the data into separate shapefiles or feature classes;orUse Dissolve None in the Multiple Ring Buffer Tool, then running the Dissolve Tool in ArcToolBox > Data Management Tools > Generalize on the BUFF_DIST, or distance field in the output buffer shapefile or feature class.Steps to Reproduce
