When overwriting a feature layer from ArcGIS Pro to ArcGIS Online, the layer added in a web scene fails with the error, "Service not found" returned.

Additional Information

The layer URL used in the web scene is no longer the same because in both cases (as the layer name was changed) the overwrite changes the URL.
