Bug
When opening the Locate pane by going to the Locate drop-down in the ArcGIS Pro Map tab and clicking Layer Search, the Locate pane opens in the Locate tab instead of the Layer Search tab if the Locate pane is being opened for the first time in an ArcGIS Pro session.
