When opening ArcGIS Server Manager in a Firefox Web browser and creating KML Network Link, the Show layers do not list the corresponding layers of the chosen Map Service.

Additional Information

As of version 10.1, the Server Manager application built on the .NET Web ADF technology is no longer being developed or having issues fixed.

Workaround

Use Internet Explorer as a Web browser instead of Firefox.
