When opening an existing Survey123 for ArcGIS form from ArcGIS Online using the 'Manage in Survey123 Website' option, the error message, "Your account <account name> is not licensed for Survey123. Please ask your organization administrator to assign you a user type that includes Field/Essential Apps" is returned.

Workaround
Close and re-launch the web browser to navigate directly to the Survey123 for ArcGIS site. If the Survey123 for ArcGIS site is not accessed earlier by opening or managing an existing survey, this site is reachable. In some cases, clearing the browser cache resolves the issue.Steps to Reproduce
