When opening an ArcGIS Dashboards created in ArcGIS Enterprise by using hypertext link into a Microsoft Word or Excel 2016 document, two tabs are opened in the web browser. The first is correct, while the second indicates an error message linked to browser compatibility.

Additional Information

This is not an issue with ArcGIS Dashboards, but rather the client in which it is launched from.

Workaround

Issue is not reproduced on Microsoft Office versions higher than 2016.
