When opening a survey in a web browser, the user is prompted to log in to the ArcGIS Online organization the survey is created in instead of ArcGIS Online.

Workaround

  • Log in to ArcGIS Online before opening the survey using the link.
  • Open the survey in the Survey123 field app.
