When opening a survey form in Portal for ArcGIS, an external URL is requested even though the ArcGIS Survey123 website is installed completely in a disconnected environment.

Additional Information
The 'surveyUrl' parameter must be updated in the 'config.js' file on the ArcGIS Enterprise to point to the locally installed ArcGIS Survey123 website (instead of survey123.arcgis.com).
