Bug
When opening a 3D scene layer in Scene Viewer that is defined in a vertical coordinate system (VCS) for WGS 1984 (ellipsoid-based), it returns the error "Scene Layer has an incompatible vertical coordinate system. The height model (ellipsoidal) must match that of the scene (gravity-related-height)".

Additional Information
The described behavior is expected. Projecting the layer's vertical coordinate system (VCS) on-the-fly is not supported.Workaround
For the scene to show the proper coordinate system, the scene layer should be in EGM2008. This will need to be re-projected in ArcGIS Pro before publishing, since scene layers cannot be re-projected on-the-fly.
