Bug
When one clicks the Enterprise Login link in ArcGIS Online and does not complete the authentication, then attempts to sign in using the ArcGIS Online credentials, the browser forwards the page to the Identity Provider sign on page instead of logging in to ArcGIS Online using the ArcGIS Online credentials.
