Bug

When no transformation is found in ArcGIS Field Maps when adding a location profile, and GPS averaging is enabled, field map transforms the data to WGS 1984 rather than applying no transformation as it does with single points.

Additional Information

This issue can't be reproduced in the current market of ArcGIS Field Maps 24.3.

Workaround

Using GCS:North American Datum of 1983 (CSRS) EPSG:4617 in ArcGIS Field Maps for the incoming GNSS positions (not GCS:NAD83 CSRSv7 (EPSG:8255)), and use PCS:NAD1983 CSRS UTM Zone 17N (EPSG:2958) for the basemap and destination feature class since they both use the same GCS. The client's destination feature class has a custom projection defined, but the CRS of the data frame for the service is PCS:NAD1983 CSRS UTM Zone 17N (EPSG:2958). Since the positions do not need to be transformed, it gets passed along as is, which is what is wanted.
